Don't trust their online reviews. Firstly, they sort reviews by the highest rating first by default, so you just see all the positive reviews first. That is, if they're even real reviews.

I submitted a negative review for an item I bought citing its design flaw, and that review was never published. I contacted their customer service dept. and they said they would look into it but nothing ever happened. I submitted the review two more times and followed up twice with their customer service and just got the same generic "we've forwarded this to the department that deals with this" response both times.

Clearly they don't care about the authenticity and trustworthiness of their web site. To top it all off, the last review for this item was published in July (it is now December). Their review system is broken and they don't care.

How can you trust a site like this?

WARNING! Read their return policies as they do not follow the norm. You will only get a refund if the product arrives damaged AND if you open the product you will not get a refund you will get a store credit. This is NOT Amazon! and for a bonus you also have to pay to return the item!! Will not be shopping here again.
